Make your own Orbital Sandpaper Storage with French Cleat! Keep your orbital sandpaper up out of the clutter and up on your French Cleat wall where you can find it. It can accommodate 5-inch and 6-inch sandpaper discs, and it's designed to store the orbital sander right on top.

This digital download comes with an AI file, a DXF, and an SVG. I recommend a 40-watt laser or above - you know your machine best and I will leave it up to you to discover what power and speeds work for you! (On my 150-watt, I run 65% power at 20 mm per second.) 5 mm import birch is my recommendation, but any 5 mm plywood should work great!
